Onboarding settings
Onboarding ships CLOSED. Only families on the onboarding list (and any exceptions below) can use it until a recruiting admin sets the override to Force open, or sets an opening time and leaves it on Follow schedule.
Exceptions
Allow this single email address to onboard even when it is closed (or limited to members), without adding a family to the onboarding list.
